This is a great way to meet a diverse group of NVC practitioners. If you've never tried a practice group by phone, here's a chance to explore.

  
     
 

Class Description:

In this TeleCircle, we'll start with a brief check-in, and then people can make requests about how we'd like to spend our time together. A few people might get an empathy bath from the group; we might break into pairs or small groups for empathy; someone might want to teach something new and get feedback; we might explore a key distinction; do a role play; give or receive coaching; or anything else that might be alive.

 

Anything goes!

 
  Preclass Instructions:  
  Before phoning in, ask yourself, "What would best meet my needs during our time together?"
